3 Eggs
60 g of Carob
30 g of coconut flour
15 g of Ómega 3 Mix
2 tsp of baking powder
30 g of crushed hazelnuts
Water (according to needs)
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the hazelnuts.
2. Mix with a hand blender.
3. Start adding water until you get the texture you want.
4. Pour the mixture in a silicon cake recipient.
5. Add the hazelnuts and fold in the mixture with a spoon.
6. Bake in the oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes.
