Recipe: Burger on a bun

Ingredients

4 tbsp (50g) Veggie Burger Original

50ml hot water 

Hamburger bread

Spinach

Red cabbage

Vegan cheese

Sauce of your choice


Method

Mix the 50g of the mixture with the hot water and leave to moisturise for 15 minutes.

Once the mixture is hydrated, shape the burger with your hands to the desired size.

Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook on both sides until crispy.

Prepare the burger bun with spinach, cheese, red cabbage and a sauce of your choice. Serve with chips.
