Blackberry Chia Pudding
1 cup fresh blackberries
4 tbsp Chia Seeds Iswari
4 tbsp plantbased milk
4 tbsp soya yoghurt
Chocolate Breakfast
0.5 cup Awakening Bowl Chocolat Hit Iswari
0.75 cup plantbased milk
2 tbsp soya yoghurt
1 tbsp Cacao Powder Iswari
For garnish
0.5 cup soya yoghurt
Fresh blackberries
Fresh cherries
Cacao Powder Iswari
Blackberry Chia Pudding
Wash the blackberries and use the back of a fork to mash them in a bowl. Add the chia seeds, plantbased milk and soya yoghurt, stir and set aside for 30 minutes.
Chocolate Breakfast
Add the buddha’s breakfast mix to a bowl with the plantbsaed milk, soya yoghurt and cacao powder. Mix well and set aside while the chia pudding is resting.
Assembly
To assemble the jars, spoon layers alternating between the blackberry chia pudding,
chocolate breakfast and yoghurt. Top with cacao powder and fresh blackberries and cherries and serve.
