2 tablespoons of Pancake & Waffle Mix Beetroot and Raspberry Iswari
Vegetable drink/water in a 1:1 ratio
Combine the mix with the vegetable drink/water.
Mix until you get a thick, creamy batter.
Cook in a frying pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking when bubbles form on the surface and the base is golden brown.
Serve with desired toppings (fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds, etc.) and enjoy.
