2 Sweet potatoes
2 Parsnip
1 black cabbage (kale)
12 Brussels sprouts
Olive oil to taste
Fresh thyme to taste
Paprika to taste
Turmeric and Black Pepper
Salt flower to taste
Cut the vegetables and arrange them in a tray to put them in the oven.
Season with olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
Add paprika and then turmeric.
Stir everything and finally add the fresh thyme.
Cook until the vegetables are golden and well cooked.
