Recipe: 5 minute PB Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

6 tbsp Iswari Peanut Butter & Banana Oats

110ml oat milk

1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional)

2 large bananas

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt


Toppings:

A handful of fresh raspberries

Peanut butter

Dried raspberries

Chocolate flakes


Method

1. In a bowl, mix the Oats with the oat milk (you can let this mix overnight)

2. Add the maple syrup and mix.

3. cut 1 banana in half and then in vertical slices and but then on the sides of a cut, all around.

4. In the same cup add the yoghurt and then the oats mixture

5. Top with the fresh raspberries, peanut butter, dried raspberries and chocolate flakes
