What is the function of each ingredient in Iswari Functional Coffee?

All the ingredients in Iswari's protein coffee have been carefully selected so that you can enjoy their benefits throughout the day.

Caffeine

It stimulates the nervous system, improving concentration and combating fatigue. This drink reduces the perception of effort by acting on the central nervous system, blocking the receptors of a neurotransmitter called adenosine, which increases the levels of other neurotransmitters in the brain that regulate energy levels, such as dopamine. Another advantage of coffee, for those who maintain a training routine, is the increased availability of oxygen to muscle tissue. This way, the body uses fat as an energy system, providing an improvement in performance.

MCT

MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) is the term in English for TCM (triglycerides of medium chain), an important energy source in ketogenic diets or those low in carbohydrates.
