Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Shakes
Ingredients:
Chocolate Shake
½ cup plantbased milk or water
2 cups frozen banana slices (2-3 bananas)
½ cup frozen mango chunks
4 tbsp SV Protein Chocolate & Lion’s Mane with Digezime
3 tbsp Hazelnut Butter SVF
2 tbsp Cacao Powder Iswari (more or less to taste)
Pinch of sea salt
Hazelnut Cream Topping
¾ cup coconut cream/chilled canned coconut milk (use only the thick part from the top of can)
2 tbsp Hazelnut Butter SVF
2 tsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla bean paste
Recipe
1. Take the frozen banana slices and mango chunks out of the freezer and allow to slightly thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, to prepare the cream add the coconut cream to a large bowl and whisk with an electric whisk. Add the hazelnut butter, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste and whisk again to combine. Transfer the cream to a piping bag if desired and set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
3. Add all of the ingredients for the chocolate shake to your high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the chocolate shakes into serving glasses and top with the hazelnut cream and some chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
