Açaí, your ally for intensive training
Finding a balance between professional, family and sporting life often leads us to live at a pace of 100 miles per hour, or even faster! We therefore sometimes produce a little more free radicals than usual, and free radicals can lead to oxidation and cell destruction.
As a former health professional, converted into a sports coach, I am 100% convinced that sports activity is our ally in maintaining good health throughout our lives.
Oxidation is a natural phenomenon, linked to the repair of tissues following "intensive" sports as well as the stress of everyday life, pollution, alcohol, tobacco and even a sedentary lifestyle.
This is why it is important to regularly consume "superfoods", especially those that will help regulate the oxidative excitement that is generated by intensive muscle-building sessions.
We find many antioxidants in fruit in the form of polyphenols such as anthocyanins. Their concentration is particularly high in the Açaí berry: a small fruit that comes from an Amazonian palm tree.
Who talks about Açaí of Super Vegan Fitness and Iswari means Açaí powder (only the fruit, simple, effective!), the "Awakening Bowl" breakfast Açaí, Banana and Strawberry and the "Buddha Energy" bars Açaí for training. A complete pack to stay young ;)
Alex's Recipe: Recovery Smoothie
Here is a seasonal smoothie recipe to aid recovery after a strengthening session, a long trail in the cold, or a period of technique and intensity training at the stadium.
Super Vegan Fitness Açaí Powder allows me to increase my daily ratio of antioxidants.
The ingredients for a large glass:
• 1 banana
• 1 large pear
• 1 kiwi
• 10cl Almond milk
To boost the whole thing:
• 2 tablespoons of Açaí powder

And for a creamier and more consistent version ;)
