Peppermint Mocha Frappes

Ingredients

Frappes

2 cups plantbased milk, frozen into ice cubes

1 cup plantbased milk

4 tbsp Super Vegan Protein Mocha & Ceylon Cinnamon with Digezyme

2 tbsp Cacao Powder Iswari

3-4 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste

2-3 drops peppermint extract, to taste


Mocha sauce

3 tbsp Cacao Powder Iswari

1 tsp coffee granules

1 tsp Coconut Sugar Iswari

3 tbsp hot water


Garnish

Coconut cream

Dark chocolate shavings

Candy canes

Fresh mint leaves



Instructions

1. The night before, add the 2 cups of plantbased milk to ice cube trays and freeze.

2. To prepare the mocha sauce mix together the cacao powder, coffee, coconut sugar and

hot water until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and set aside.

3. Add the ice cubes to your high speed blender along with the fluid plantbased milk, cacao

powder, Super Vegan mocha protein, maple syrup, and peppermint extract. Blend on

high speed until smooth and creamy.

4. Pour into the serving glasses and top with whipped coconut cream and

garnish of your choice.

5. Serve immediately.
